Cookie Policy

This is a draft policy for the prototype. Final text is being reviewed by a Greek lawyer and will be updated before public launch.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help websites remember your preferences and measure usage. Collectiva uses the minimum set of cookies needed to operate the service.

2. Categories we use

  • Essential (always on): authentication session (Clerk), CSRF tokens, locale preference (NEXT_LOCALE). Required for the service to function.
  • Functional (consent-based): remembering your allocation preview state, UI theme.
  • Analytics (consent-based): aggregated page views and performance metrics (PostHog, only when enabled).

3. How to manage

You can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time. Clearing the authentication cookie will sign you out. We currently do not use third-party advertising cookies.

4. Changes

If we add new cookie categories, we will prompt you to re-consent before they are set.
